Doesnt work right

Doesnt work. Doesnt show all activity one 1 of my kids lines and shows nothing on the other.

Deleted immediately

Once I saw I have to pay a monthly fee to control the data I ALREADY PAY FOR!!!

Unhappy customer

Seriously...when I forget my password, I dont want to be redirected to a page that touts how great Verizon is instead of a page that actually allows me to reset my frickin password!!!! I thought this app would be great, but it seems Ill never know now. Total waste of time even considering downloading!

Horrible app - expect more from Verizon!

One of the worst apps provided by a big corporation to manage consumer services. Ridiculously cumbersome to navigate to where you want to go IF you can even find it. Try finding data usage limit controls. Ive even done this several times but I still have to dig around to try and find it again (its obvious that Verizon doesnt want you to easily control your families data usage so they rack up more charges!) This is just one example of the horrible design. The developer(s) of this app should be fired! Come on Verizon, you can do better than this. Time for a REDO!!

Family

Alwsome

Terrible

When its easier to log in to your crappy kludgy website to adjust data usage, you should know you have a problem. Multiple repeated logins required when you go back, and you have to find the secret area to make an adjustment. 99% of us are using this to control child use, think about user interface not pretty colors.

Full of nav dead ends and blind spots

Horrible. Starting out the forgot your passowrd link goes to the download the app page and thats it. then selecting the profile to edit is done is several different ways depeding on where your. The method of swiping to scroll through the names works but the name doesnt move with your finger to give you feedback that is what you are doing. The only way I knew it would work was from an online video. I got lot in the app several times. I hate it but it does things the web site cant like select the media that can be accesses. the restriction time is confusing too. If you want to restrict from 10pm to 7am the next day it takes two restrictions, one for each day, 10pm to 11:45 and then 12am to 7am, but it not clear that is how it works.

Embarrassment to Verizon

The idea of the service is good but this is easily the worst mobile application Ive ever seen. Navigation is clumsy at best and non-intuitive. Several simple options fail to work. Even had situation where tried to make a change to childs phone restriction and it removed all restrictions and put the restrictions on my phone instead. Amazingly bad app. Verizon obviously never tested this and should be completely embarrassed to publish it. Until a complete rewrite occurs stick with using the web site.

Love it

I like being able to get notifications when my daughter gets and sends messages to and from unknown numbers, of course she thinks of it as stalking, but I think of it as smart, loving, parenting.

Unable to use

Cant sign into the app. I can sign in online to Verizon and into the Verizon app but for some reason it says the my password doesnt match when I try to sign into this app. I even went through the process of changing my password and still cant sign in. I liked the idea of controlling my sons data usage with it, but cant even get that far. From the reviews I just read, I am not the only one. Important thing to fix Verizon.....seriously

Appreciate this!

As a busy mom of 5, its just what I need to keep tabs & balance.

APPLE IPHONE USERS BEWARE!!!!

Verizon just told me that this app does NOT work on Apple products: iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc. What a lark! Not anywhere in the fine print have I read this. Man, I miss Sprint!

Great tool

Thank you

Not User Friendly

There are several things I wish this app did better. I have to have (and pay for) it because its the only way to limit data usage on my kids phones but because of several reasons, the usage limits are the only thing I use it for. The app is very poorly designed. The idea is good but it needs an update ASAP. Verizon, youre better than this.

Doesnt do what is expected

Doesnt log all calls or text. You could look at the app one min and look back at it ten mins later and boom there will be more numbers and text that didnt show up at first. App doesnt work properly at all and when you go to computer to look it up same way. Dont bother with it

Login not so great

What triggers a password check if Touch ID is already enabled on the same device?

Good conceptually but misses the mark

This app when compared to the parental support you get from Windows is amazing. But because parental control is what the app and the service promise it still fails in a lot of ways. First fail, navigation away from the app! It seems like every other time I need to do something I am redirected to the Verizon wireless home page and the app doesnt even authenticate me. What was the point of logging in my credentials to be redirected to the website and asked yet again for my credentials. Second fail, setting data limits and time limits is way too confusing and should be done basically from the same screen. Makes no sense to have to click (or in this case press) all over the screen and go back to set up two of the most important things for parents which are time limits and data usage limits. Third fail, the approved contacts is much easier to use in the app then it ever was on the website but it doesnt work. When my daughter is "in school", I cannot text her or iMessage her even though Im obviously on the approved contacts list. This should be fixed ASAP. Fourth fail, this app should be unnecessary because this feature should be offered as an integrated feature from Verizon wireless and should just be a part of the my Verizon app. Fifth fail, when the usage is blocked it does not lock down wireless basically making the whole thing ineffective. Turn of the wireless when the time limit has been reached. Otherwise most of the features are pointless. Sixth fail, iMessages... I have no idea if text messages summaries include iMessages, I dont think they do. Epic fail. Basically the summary provided only provides half of the relevant information in that case.

Big help to protect kids

Love new format where I can add names to numbers as they appear in your report. It makes it so much quicker and easier to see at a glance who shes talking to, for future reports! No more looking up who goes with each number! Weve been lucky- not many worrisome calls, but this will help me see them immediately so that I can act quickly. I do wish there were a way that I could add friends and family with their numbers now, rather than waiting until she gets, or makes, a call a call to them.

This app is terrible!

Only shows activity on one of my kids not all 3 and they are all marked the same! I know my sons been on his phone today and its showing nothing for today!!!

Epic Fail

This app is completely useless. Terrible navigation. Does not retrieve data. Does not remember username. Extremely slow. Very surprised Verizon could put out something this bad.
