Stop lying!

All the 5 star reviews needs to be deleted. They are lying. This app times out and the information is not accurate.

App is annoying and disappointing

This app closes after a minute by itself. It needs fixing.

Worthless

This app shuts down repeatedly, unexpectedly, every time I use it. Practically worthless.

Full of flaws and glitches

Cannot get this app to do what it is supposed to do. Try to change a setting, and it gives you an error, and says something else is not available. Have tried to use several features. They dont work. Worthless waste of money.

Crashes all the time

The gist of the app is good. However the reliability of the app needs to be improved drastically. If youre searching something and youre not quick enough, the app crashes. Zero stars for a review and until its debugged then Im no longer using.

Frustration

It is so incredibly frustrating to have all the tools and controls available and make them so ridiculously difficult to get to and actually use. Verizon… You need to fix this abomination of an app. As a paying subscriber to family base I feel completely ripped off by this silliness.

Constantly shuts down

In theory and concept, sounds great. In reality--Impossible to use. Shuts down after a few seconds of use every. single. time. Worthless as is. Please fix.

Beginning was ok, now its not

This app used to be good and was easy to use. But now it shuts down before I can even use it. It needs to be fixed.

No good when traveling

Texting feature does not work on kids phones when roaming on another network (Anchorage, AK) It locks down, requires a call to Verizon and can take up to 24 hours to reset. Overall, this app is too expensive, does not have a toggle button to turn data on/off.

Not user friendly! And I have to pay??

This app is useless, not user friendly by any stretch of the imagination AND I have to pay for services that all other providers offer for free?? Verizon, Im really disappointed.

Dud

Serious delay in showing any information on calls or texts. Often the wrong number shows up. I would expect better for what we are paying for .

5 minutes of my life was wasted on this

Horrible app.

First you have to log into the app, which is understandable. You can view the text/call usage, but you cannot make changes. If you TRY to make changes to lets say data usage, youre redirected to the website, within the app, where youre asked to login, again, and still cannot make changes. This app needs to be rewritten from the ground up so that it is a rural is functional.

Might be the most unintuitive interface ever made

This app is so over complicated and difficult to maneuver around, that I often just give up and logon to the website via my computer. If a non technical Verizon exec was asked to use this software, they would probably fire the development team after 5 minutes.

Tired

This "free" app costs $4.95 per month, and Verizon doesnt tell you up front. Just another fundraiser for poor destitute Verizon Wireless. Barf.

Very poor

Dont make me sign into an app, and then sign into the website to get any functionality.

Make it better...

This app is not intuitive and very hard to maneuver. The interface is terrible to get around and just not very productive overall. Keep trying!

No Touch ID and bad UI

The interface is terrible. Every time I use it takes a few minutes to find what I am looking for. Please have Verizon Wireless app developer work on this one.
