Not user friendly

This app is really disappointing. Confusing. Im paying 4.99/mo. For this feature. I spent so much time trying to figure out how to toggle phone settings on/off, adjust limits, switch to different menus...so badly organized. I really do feel like you folks can provide a better user friendly app especially since customers are paying for this family base feature monthly.

Hoping with the launch of the new Verizon app, this app will finally get a much needed upgrade too.
