It used to work fine but now not at all

App worked great via mobile app or desktop up until about 2 months ago. Now it never shows activity or days check back later when I know my kid is always on his phone. I reported it Verizon but they havent fixed the problem yet. Im done wasting money on a feature that doesnt work.
