Disappointing and waste of money

This rating is not just for the app. It is for the entire program. I have used it on this app and online. They never show completed or up to date list of texts and calls. And the watchlist that is supposed to notify you each time does not. This is a scam and a rip off from Verizon. They should not be allowed to charge a monthly fee for a program that barely works!!! I think it could be a great monitoring app and program for kids but it doesnt work!!! Do not waste your money!!!
