This app needs a complete overhaul, not intuitive at all, quite frankly they half assed it.

I like the app but the app keeps closing out after a minute. Please fix or Ill stop this service on my plan.

After 15-20 secs of use completely shuts down. What a disgrace!!!!!

If you dont want to spend more money, it wont come easy with this app! I am disappointed with Verizon that their service is so poor on their apps. Government billions to turnover free information and they still make an app that does not work well!

Is not accurate. Terrible

The only reason I added this "feature" was to make sure we didnt keep going over our data limit. First time I downloaded the app, it locked me out of my phone data, so I had to call customer service, twice to fix it. Still cant figure out how to "control" that, just keeps taking me to a section to add more features for more money? Had to call customer service to have the data restriction added manually. And I have an associates degree!

This app used to work, now all it does is crash. For the largest and best wireless carrier, you would think they would hire a little bit better quality people to develop their apps. Get a grip Verizon, put some money into the development of these mobile apps.

0-stars! The app shuts down after only a few seconds. If you are quick enough to get a look at whats there its not even accurate. Much of what I can see on my daughters phone doesnt even appear on the app. Im looking at the app to verify that she hasnt deleted messages she doesnt want me to see. Obviously thats not going to work here.

IF and thats IF it doesnt crash and shut down in 30 seconds, be aware that it is not accurate and does not show all calls and texts.
